Ravings of a Mad Man: vol. 3.02

It is better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid then open it and remove all doubt

-Mark Twain

I dreamt I had a puppy and it came true!  Twice!   Maybe some of you have already been to Jenny's blog and seen the pictures but if not you can go onto my blog and on the right side there is a link to her blog.  It is the one that says She has my heart.   So you can enjoy not one but both of the dogs Jenny and adopted over the weekend.  It really was only supposed to be the darker dog (Roscoe) but when we asked to see Frankie we just couldn't resist both of them.   They are cutest little guys.  They just play around with another and we get to enjoy it.  I like to imagine that we are now a family of street performers.   Roscoe and Frankie wear silly costume that make it look like they are from the 1930s and very poor.  We took our show down to Pioneer Park this past weekend and that didn't go very well.   The new Guardian Angel crew was out in full force and they picked up the dogs for the possession of drugs.  How they got drugs I don't know because the scratch they were pulling in from the act we worked out just hours before, really didn't seem like it was sufficient to buy the amount of drugs they had.   I guess the only explanation was that they were soliciting drugs to the public.  You think that you raise good outstanding citizens then go and start selling drugs.   Oh what a world.

Trivia Time: The opening quote is one that I have said the last two mornings, it comes from a movie, name the movie and get a prize!   I am pretty sure that a lot of people got last week's question correctly but I don't remember who so good job everyone!

As the weather turns back into 60 degree temperature I think to myself.  Where did winter go?  It would appear that winter was only three days long this year.  I am wondering to myself does it seem like the seasons are closer together because I don't anticipate them as much or are they closer together because the temperature changes are less drastic.   Anyway if Kevin Eubank could answer that question I would in his debt for years to come.  Really though when is the snow going to get here?   Some say that is Thursday but I say it will snow when stop over using the expression, "Oh hells bells."  If you have any thoughts about that I would appreciate them.

Have a good week I know I will.

I voted for Home Alone, but I want to put in a second vote for Elf.
