Why is that every time there is a big storm I am drawn to it?  I want to be outside in the rain. I guess it is because I like Pina Coladas.  What a crazy storm we had.  I had to go out a few times and get the water off the cover of our patio furniture so that the straps didn't ripe off.  I love the rain.  What an almost perfect weekend, the Utes beat the Wolverines by saying, "Hey we don't even have to play the last quarter of this game and we will still beat you."  That is what they did and they won.  All I can say is, "H-yeah!"  Also this weekend I got some more yard work done including my compost pile.  I know what you are thinking, and the answer is, "Jenny and I still the bathroom inside."  I am not putting fecal matter in the compost I am just putting leafs, grass clippings and pine needles.  Other wise I would never be able to get rid of all that stuff from my yard.  This way I get rid of it and I can get some good compost for free to put on my plants.  Also, since the compost pile has to be turned and aerated often I have to add another tool to my ever-growing collection.  I am going to buy a pitchfork this week.  This purchase is two fold.  One for the compost pile and two so Jenny and I can finally get that picture we have always wanted painted of us.  Oh, the pitchfork will do nothing but bring joy into our lives. 

          

Trivia Time:  It seems that everybody besides one person wanted China to keep their metals.  So Danny who said they should return 101 of their metals was correct.  Not only should they return all of their metals but also they should make a new one and give that to the IOC.  This week's question is; what can run but never walks, has a mouth but never talks, has a head but never weeps, has a bed but never sleeps?

 

Beat the odds tip: You can mess with a lot of things, but you can't mess with kids on Christmas.

 

In this weekend of Laboring, Jenny and I, with my parents, went and labored at the movie theater last night.  We went and saw Traitor.  It was a fantastic movie with some good twists and turns that should knock your socks off or at least down far enough that they are uncomfortable in your shoes.  And if you are not wearing socks then be careful because something else might get knocked off.  The movie is about terrorism and counter-terrorism measure that are taking place, not only in America but also throughout the globe.  I give this movie a must see.  But it is not necessary to see it in the theater, could be good to see it at home as well.  That way you can control the commentary and baby crying.  Jenny didn't hear him, but there was a guy right behind her that just kept talking during the movie and I had to hold my tongue during the movie, but as soon as the credits began to role I turned toward him and Jenny and said, "That movie was good, but it was bold of the director to put commentary on the theatrical release."  I don't think that he heard me because he had already started to leave.  Had he stuck around I had some other comments to say to Jenny loud enough that he would have heard them.
